Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Protonics Tech Labs website. The website is run by Sai Venkatesh Kumar Ganeshram, sole proprietor, trading as Protonics Tech Labs, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. What the website is for
The website explains our services and products. It lets you:
- send an enquiry;
- leave a review;
- create an account to join product waitlists or download products.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A project starts only when we both agree its scope, price and terms in writing, for example on WhatsApp or by email, and any agreed advance is paid.
2. Client projects
Each project’s scope, price, payment stages, trial, support period and number of revisions are agreed with you before work starts. If these terms conflict with your project agreement, your project agreement applies. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our standard payment and refund approach.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Give accurate details, and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Privacy and account.
- We may suspend accounts that are misused.
4. Reviews and content you send us
- Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be abusive, unlawful, misleading or about other people’s private matters.
- We check reviews before publishing them, and may decline or remove any review.
- By sending a review, you allow us to show your name, rating and review on our website. We never show your email address.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the website. That includes:
- trying to break in or bypass security;
- sending spam or automated requests;
